You know i have just noticed that when i boot up the windows it hangs and stuck for couple of minute and when i took a look at task manager i figured out that the "System Interrupts" and "System" took 100 percent of cpu usage and after that couple minutes thing go a little easier and cpu spikes on 60 to 80 but my god fan is going like crazy and never actually stops till i shutdown the laptop! Windows 10 Enterprise 2004 version and OS Build is 19041.508 and windows working slowly and has a lot of lags! and every now and then i got some little sound distortions of windows notifications due to hanging and lagging!

The problem started a couple of days ago when I noticed that right after booting up windows 10, Fans Sped go up like crazy and cpu usage is around 100 percent on an off, but after few seconds it went down to around 50 60 percent but fans still spinning at their top speed.

I kinda familiar with windows and how it works and have some experience in solving different windows problems but this one, Oh man really don't know what I got myself into! Since two days ago, I have been struggling with a problem that i don't really now where it came form!
